Refund Policy
PNX values customer satisfaction and we want to deliver the highest quality possible to all our customers. If you are by any means, dissatisfied with our product(s), you can return the unused item in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Otherwise, you can opt for an exchange within 30 days.
Please ensure that you have your full name, address and order number so that we have all the correct details to process your return/exchange.
Shipping costs for returned items are at buyer’s expense. All orders deemed refundable will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item(s); this may take a few days depending on your choice of postal service.
If you are returning a faulty item, please provide images within an email to info@pnxfitwear.com.au and as much detail as possible.
Orders that have not already been dispatched can be cancelled given that you can provide your order confirmation details and your refund will then be processed. Contact us on: info@pnxfitwear.com.au to cancel your order.
If your order has already been dispatched from the warehouse, you will need to await delivery and go through our returns process (below), for a refund.
For your convenience, PNX will supply a tracking number with each order.
